Handcrafted Disclosure
Our candles are perfectly imperfect. All products are handmade and poured with love in care. However they are handmade and small imperfections may occur such as a bubble in the label, a possibly slightly uneven label. Thank you in advance for understanding that handmade goods may not come in perfect form as those completed with machine assist.
Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping with 719 West & Wick. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your product. All sales are final, however accidents can happen during shipment. Should your product arrive damaged in any manner please use the link below and contact us so that we may send a replacement. You have a maximum of 14 days to make returns. No returns made after 14 days of delivery date will be accepted. Proof of damaged product is required.
